## What does the registrar handle?

- Course registration, add/drop and withdrawals
- Official transcripts and enrolment verification letters
- The academic calendar and final exam schedule
- Name or address changes on your record
- Graduation applications and degree audits

## How Dash helps with the registrar

Ask Dash how to order a transcript or get an enrolment letter at your school, and it answers with the official steps. With your yes, it can request the document or fill in the form on your school's site.

Details vary by school, and some split these jobs across offices like enrolment services or student records.

## Questions

### How do I get my transcript?

Usually through your student portal or the registrar's website. Official copies may have a fee and take a few days.

### Is the registrar the same as an academic advisor?

No. The registrar keeps records and runs registration; an advisor helps you choose courses and plan your degree.
